- We are looking for a technical GRC specialist with deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM to drive the implementation and operationalization of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks. In this role, you will ensure seamless integration of NFR processes into our GRC platform, through eg optimizing access management, data model, technical relations and coherence between different modules.
We are primarily looking for a strong personality with :
- Proven expertise in GRC ServiceNow IRM (implementation, configuration, or technical maintenance).
- Strong technical & analytical skills – Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring robust and scalable GRC processes.
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management – You can simplify complexity, engage with diverse teams, and drive alignment.
- Detail-oriented & data-driven – A critical thinker who ensures accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Autonomous & results-focused – You take ownership, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
