Context

The developer participates in the development of existing and new (web) applications and components to support the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
The web applications are developed in .NET Core / . NET10 (C#) with a recent version of angular as the front-end.

As a developer, he or she works together with other developers and is accountable to the content coordinator. The tasks are the following:

Development and maintenance of new and existing functionalities of the existing web applications
Deploying frontend skills to support the entire team
Translating functional specifications into technical designs
Providing support to other IT teams using components from the Shima portfolio
Ensuring that technical solution directions fit within the architecture, standards and frameworks used
Having and propagating

The proposed candidate must at least meet the following competencies, listed in order of importance.
This must be evident from the candidate's CV.

Technical competencies :

At least 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in web development with recent versions of angular (including Angular 20 or higher)
At least 4 years of demonstrable professional experience in software development .NET (C#) (must have)
Demonstrable knowledge of webAPI and .Net Core (must have)
Demonstrable experience with relational databases and SQL (must have)
Demonstrable knowledge of EF Core (must have)
Demonstrable experience with NGRX (should have)
Demonstrable knowledge of CQRS (should have)
Demonstrable experience with Github Copilot (should have)
Demonstrable experience with working in Scrum context (should have)
