External Fleet Transformation Advisor
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Transformation Advisor to support the professionalization and transformation of fleet management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current fleet management processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop a future-oriented fleet strategy and support its implementation.
- Advise management, HR, Procurement, Finance, and operational stakeholders.
- Drive cost optimization, governance, process improvement, and supplier management.
- Improve fleet reporting, sustainability, and employee/user experience.
- Act as an independent expert and strategic sparring partner throughout the transformation.
Profile
- Senior experience in fleet management, transformation, or operational consulting.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cost optimization, governance, suppliers, reporting, and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
Languages
- Dutch or French: Nice to have
- English: Nice to have
