A key part of the position is ensuring that geographical and as-built information is complete, accurate and available to the relevant stakeholders.

You will work closely with Infrastructure Project Leaders and other stakeholders, using project documentation such as construction plans, project notes, scenarios and as-built plans to update and validate the asset data.

* Encode changes, displacements and repairs related to underground infrastructure.
* Encode and maintain geographical data related to civil works assets.
* Review and interpret as-built plans and other technical project documentation.
* Follow up on data deliveries and ensure that the required information is received and processed correctly.
* Maintain ownership of assigned projects throughout the data lifecycle, up to the acceptance and approval of the final as-built design.
* Plan and organise your own workload based on the progress and priorities of your projects.
* Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
* Work closely with Infrastructure Project Leaders and other stakeholders to resolve data-related questions and issues.
* Document work instructions and complex procedures where required.
* Use ticketing and database systems to follow up on requests and activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvements in data quality and operational processes.

Your profile

* Bachelor-level thinking and analytical capability.
* Previous experience encoding or maintaining data in a GIS and/or CAD environment.
* Experience working with databases and structured data.
* Ability to read and interpret as-built plans and technical drawings.
* Experience working with a ticketing or request-management system.
* Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
* Well organised and able to manage several projects or activities independently.
* Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
* Able to document procedures and translate complex processes into clear work instructions.
* Proactive communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Team-oriented and willing to support colleagues when needed.
* Technical knowledge of electrical installations is considered a plus.
