Do you thrive on guiding complex data and AI transformations while advising senior stakeholders on strategic challenges?
Join our Data & AI team and work on influential projects for clients such as ING, Belfius, Euroclear and SWIFT. From data strategy and governance to AI adoption, regulatory initiatives, target operating model design, and large-scale data transformation programmes, you'll help turn aspiration into tangible results.

Your skills & qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Transformation or Financial Services Consulting.
- Excellent communication skills, combined with fluency in English and Dutch or French.
- A track record delivering data and transformation initiatives within banking, insurance or financial services.
- The ability to confidently engage, challenge and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience defining data governance frameworks, operating models and data capabilities.
- Excellent expertise across data quality, lineage, metadata, privacy and security.
- Familiarity with governance tooling such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview or Alation, and regulatory frameworks including GDPR, BCBS239 and DORA.
- Consulting experience within a recognised advisory organisation.
- Experience with DCAM, DAMA-DMBOK, AI Governance or Responsible AI frameworks.
- Exposure to data operating model design or Data Office transformation.
- Thought leadership contributions, conference speaking or industry participation.
