Located In the heart of Antwerp, near the Diamond district and a three-minute walk from Europe’s most beautiful railway station with excellent accessibility by public transport.
The property offers spacious studios and apartments with fully equipped kitchens. Our guests can also avail of a free gym, laundry room, meeting room, and a Food Café serving breakfast and drinks. PREMIER SUITES Antwerp offers both short and long stays, with the service of a hotel and the comforts of home.
The Role
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and trustworthy individual to join our team as Operations Manager at PREMIER SUITES Antwerp. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills and the ability to support and develop our team, and most importantly a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a property focused on serviced accommodation with a small food operation, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in Front Office, Rooms, and Accommodation Management.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Cluster General Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the property, overseeing guest services, staff supervision and facility management. You’ll also have the chance to develop skills in Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Revenue Management and Team Leadership.
About this role
What is involved in the role:
Assisting in the day to day management of the property and to take responsibility for implementing and maintaining standards throughout the property.
Supporting the Cluster General Manager in running PREMIER SUITES as a profit-driven, customer focused, team-oriented business.
To be responsible for the day to day operation of PREMIER SUITES Antwerp in the absence of the Cluster General Manager.
Overseeing daily operations of the entire hotel.
Supporting and developing our team.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a strong manager who has previous experience in front office and accommodation management. Ideally you will have at least two years experience in a management role within a hospitality business. A track record in maintaining high standards in terms of customer service and team leadership is essential. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Belgian employment regulations and HR best practises, ordering and rostering with general financial knowledge and keen to learn more. The ideal candidate must speak fluent dutch and english, have good digital skills and be well organised and have good attention to detail.
