Senior Salesforce Leader

Our client is a fast\-growing CRM and digital consulting firm entering an exciting new phase of expansion. Theyâre looking for a commercially driven <\/b>senior leader who can shape strategy, win high\-value deals, and deliver complex CRM transformation projects for mid\-market and enterprise clients.
<\/p>

In this role, youâll combine strategic vision with hands\-on leadershipâdriving growth, guiding talented consulting teams, and ensuring exceptional delivery for clients.

• Identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities with mid\-market and enterprise clients
  <\/p><\/li>

• Define CRM strategies and lead full lifecycle transformation projects
  <\/p><\/li>

• Mentor and inspire high\-performing consulting teams
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage the commercial pipeline end\-to\-end, from lead generation to project delivery
  <\/p><\/li>

• Represent the firm at events, in marketing campaigns, and through thought leadership
  <\/p><\/li>

• Play a key role in shaping the firmâs strategic direction and operational priorities<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • 8+ yearsâ experience in CRM consulting, digital transformation, or business development
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proven track record of winning and managing major accounts
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results\-oriented approach
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Fluent English; Dutch or French is a strong plus
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Understanding of the Benelux consulting market
