Go‑Getter – Team Player – Organizer
You operate SPMTs and support the assembly of specialised heavy lifting equipment across European project sites. As an International Special Equipment Operator SPMT’s at Sarens, you work hands-on with our fleet of SPMTs, tower systems, strand jacks and pontoons. Every day brings a new technical challenge, new locations and real teamwork. You grow your craft on the job and rise towards a supervisory role over time.

Your job in a nutshell:
• Loading and unloading equipment, performing assembly preparations and checking material.
• On-site assembly and disassembly of specialised heavy lifting systems.
• Supporting operational progress during lifting activities.
• Reporting, discussing and solving ad hoc problems on-site.
• Performing basic technical maintenance work.
• You report to the planning supervisor and work in varying team sizes, depending on each project.

Requirements
- Technical graduate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
- Strong logical insight and high learning capacity.
- Proactive observer with the confidence to speak up on unclear or unsafe situations.
- Good command of English for communication with colleagues, supervisors and clients.
- Basic computer skills and administrative accuracy.
- Flexibility regarding tasks, working hours and international travel across Europe.
