Make your mark for patients We are looking for an IT Quality Management System Lead who is collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented to join our Digital Technology Compliance Solutions team, based in our office in Braine, in Belgium.

About the role
As an IT Quality Management Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that Digital Technology quality processes, procedures, and governance documentation remain effective, compliant, and fit for purpose. You will work across the organization to support process owners, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthen quality management practices. This role combines quality management, stakeholder engagement, documentation governance, compliance oversight, and project coordination. You will act as a trusted advisor to Digital Technology teams, helping them understand regulatory requirements and maintain high standards across processes, systems, and documentation. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that supports quality and compliance across Digital Technology. You will collaborate closely with process owners, quality assurance professionals, training teams, regulatory specialists, and senior leaders across the business. You will also partner with colleagues responsible for governance documentation and quality management activities, helping to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What you'll do
Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Digital Technology Quality Management System and associated governance processes Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quality processes remain compliant, effective, and aligned with business needs Oversee the lifecycle of Digital Technology procedures, standards, and governance documents, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date Coordinate quality improvement initiatives, assess risks, and support the implementation of appropriate mitigation and corrective actions Provide guidance on quality and compliance requirements impacting Digital Technology processes, systems, and ways of working Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews, acting as a key contact for Digital Technology quality management activities Drive communication, training, and awareness initiatives related to quality management processes and documentation governance Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a related field At least 5 years of experience managing quality management systems, governance processes, or regulated documentation within a complex organization Strong understanding of information technology processes and their interaction with business operations Knowledge of regulated environments, including quality, compliance, validation, data integrity, or system lifecycle practices Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and influencing process improvements across multiple functions Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, business-focused solutions Internal applicants should be in their current job for at least 12 months, must meet performance standards and are not on formal corrective/disciplinary process (PIP), warning, final warning, or compliance warning letters within the last 12 months.
