Als Technical Warehouse Purchaser draag je bij aan de continuïteit van onze productieprocessen door te zorgen voor de tijdige en correcte beschikbaarheid van alle technische goederen. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? Zelfstandig niet-standaardartikelen identificeren en bestellen, in overleg met de betrokken afdelingen en leveranciers. Prijsoffertes voor standaard
- en niet-standaardartikelen aanvragen, vergelijken en opvolgen bij leveranciers. Alle bestellingen overzichtelijk en correct verwerken in het SAP-systeem. Vragen van de accountingafdeling over de boeking van purchase orders beantwoorden. Afwijkingen signaleren in prijzen, leveringen en stock, en hier gepast op inspelen. Voorstellen doen om het Technical Warehouse en de aankoop
- en stockprocessen verder te optimaliseren. Qualifications Wat verwachten we van jou? Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en toont verantwoordelijkheidszin in je werk. Je neemt eigenaarschap over je dossiers en garandeert de opvolging ervan tot en met de afronding. Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken, zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Je werkt als teamplayer nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek. Je hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden en werkt vlot met Office-programma’s. Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt. Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische achtergrond of bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen. Wat bieden wij?
