đ About Qargo
Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in Ghent, London and Chicago, and are rapidly expanding across mainland Europe, the UK and the US. The platform is an âall-in-one systemâ, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has built-in AI features that automate lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.
To support our growth, weâre looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Ghent, Belgium. Youâll take ownership of marketing activities for the Netherlands, with the opportunity to expand your regional scope into other regions, such as DACH, as Qargo continues to grow.

About the Role
As our Regional Marketing Specialist, youâll be responsible for bringing Qargoâs marketing strategy to life, with a focus on the Netherlands. Youâll work across campaigns, email, paid search, paid social, SEO, content, sales enablement and reporting, making sure our messaging is relevant to the local market and aligned with our wider marketing goals. Youâll help us move towards a more structured and strategic campaign approach, planning and executing regional campaigns across multiple channels and testing new tactics along the way. Youâll also work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to make sure campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently. The Netherlands will be your main focus to start with, with the opportunity to take ownership in additional regions, e.g. DACH, as Qargo grows into new markets. This is a hands-on role combining creative and analytical work, with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to help shape how regional marketing is done at Qargo. â
Key responsibilities
âą Own regional marketing activities for the Netherlands, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, SEO, content and other relevant channels, while helping build a more structured and strategic campaign approach.
âą Turn Qargoâs marketing strategy into local campaigns and content, creating and adapting messaging, marketing collateral and sales enablement materials that resonate with the regional market.
âą Work closely with our commercial team to understand regional priorities, support lead generation and ensure marketing activity is closely aligned with business goals.
âą Coordinate with external agencies and partners, managing briefs, deliverables and timelines while ensuring regional marketing activities are delivered to a high standard.
âą Support customer and event marketing, including testimonials, case studies and event collateral. Youâll occasionally attend events to capture content, support product demonstrations or contribute to partnership activities, while the Events team remains responsible for event execution.
âą Track and report on regional marketing performance, monitoring leads and pipeline, campaign activity and other relevant KPIs, qualifying incoming leads through Google, LinkedIn and HubSpot, and using insights to continuously improve our approach.
âą Help expand Qargoâs regional presence into new markets. Youâll help localise campaigns and content, with German-language skills being a useful bonus. â Skills & experience Must-haves
âą 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience owning campaigns and marketing activities.
âą Experience with multi-channel marketing, including email, paid campaigns, content and/or SEO.
âą Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
âą Comfortable working with data and reporting to measure performance and improve campaigns.
âą Proactive, independent and confident working with Sales, BDMs, agencies and other stakeholders.
âą Fluent in Dutch and English. Nice-to-haves
âą Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics or an international environment.
âą Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace inc. Ads and Analytics, WordPress, SEMRush, Slack and Canva.
âą German language skills are a big plus đ€
What we offer
âą A high-ownership regional marketing role where youâll have a direct impact on Qargoâs growth.
âą The opportunity to help shape a more structured and strategic campaign approach as our marketing organisation continues to grow.
âą A varied role combining creative content, campaign execution and data-driven marketing.
âą A fast-paced, international tech scale-up with plenty of autonomy.
âą A collaborative culture where feedback, trust, and teamwork matter.
âą Competitive salary package and benefits.
âą Hybrid working model, with 2â3 days per week in our modern office in Ghent and the flexibility to work from home.
