• Helping the section lead run daily general ledger and asset accounting, property, plantand equipment and lease accounting included
• Making sure transactions are processed accurately and on time
• Preparing financial reports and analysis
• Keeping internal controls working and the books compliant with the accountingstandards
• Coordinating the month-end and year-end close
• Improving accounting processes and systems, and guiding colleagues through problems as theycome up What you would bring
• Solid general ledger and fixed asset accounting experience, leases included
• Hands-on experience running month-end and year-end closes
• A firm grasp of internal controls and accounting standards
• Experience guiding or supervising a small finance team
