By constantly rethinking culinary solutions, we make food matter for people and the planet. If you're ready for a new adventure in a dynamic, expanding, passionate, international company, join us
What you'll do
You'll work side by side with our on-site Service Desk Analyst and take on more responsibility as you progress.
• Support our users: Handle first-level requests through our ITSM platform, from login issues to mailbox questions, and escalate with clear information when needed.
• Get hands-on with equipment: Help prepare, configure and hand over PCs, smartphones and handheld scanners, and keep the stock up to date.
• Learn Microsoft 365 in practice: Assist with user accounts (creation, changes, deactivation) and with mailbox and Office 365 support, under supervision.
• Solve problems step by step: Diagnose hardware, software and network issues using a structured approach.
• Share what you learn: Write and update documentation and knowledge base articles for the whole team What's in it for you
• A real international environment, not a "coffee and photocopies" internship
• A mentor who shares their know-how with you every day
• Concrete skills for your CV: ITSM tooling, device deployment, Microsoft 365, user support and technical documentation
• The chance to see how IT works across a multi-site industrial group
• A friendly team and the freedom to suggest improvements Who we're looking for
• A student in an IT-related programme (IT support, systems & networks, applied computer science…)
