* Award-Winning Culture & Community Outreach We are looking for a Consultant, VAT Compliance, to join our Brussels-based indirect tax team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who want to build long-term expertise in VAT. You will join a close-knit team, work directly with senior specialists and partners, and follow a structured methodology designed to support continuous learning and long-term technical development. This role is well-suited to someone who wants to develop deep VAT expertise in a collaborative environment. Your Responsibilities
* Prepare and review VAT returns under supervision for Belgian and international clients
* Analyze accounting data to ensure VAT compliance
* Support VAT registrations and compliance processes
* Assist in responding to information requests from tax authorities
* Monitor VAT legislative developments with guidance from senior team members
* Apply and progressively master our internal VAT methodology
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical development
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Tax Law, Law, Business, Economics, or a related field
* Recent graduate or early-career professional with experience in tax or VAT
* Strong interest in developing long-term expertise in VAT
* Structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized
* Able to manage deadlines and maintain quality under pressure
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
* Team-oriented and comfortable working in close collaboration
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong asset
* Based in or willing to work from Brussels Technical Skills
* Solid Excel skills
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office
* Any experience with VAT or reporting tools is a plus #LI-Hybrid #LI-DR1
