A multinational defence organisation is expanding the commercial training portfolioit sells to external customers, and it needs a coordinator who can hold the whole delivery chaintogether: the customer, the instructors, the room, the purchase order and the record in thesystem. This is an on-site assignment in Mons, Belgium. What you will do Act as the single point of contact between external customers and internal stakeholders —branches, instructors and academy management — so that each commercial training iteration runswithout friction. Build and maintain delivery plans for training iterations from customer requirements andinternal delivery policy. Raise and follow through Purchase Requisitions and the financial paperwork behind them —receipts, work confirmations, price calculations — for course iterations, public events andmobile training team deliveries. Handle the logistics: room bookings, facility access and supplier-provided services. Work inside the finance and Training Management System environments, keeping pricing, seatallocation, requisition references and iteration detail accurate and current. Consolidate or merge iterations when enrolment falls short, and resolve operational problemsbefore they reach the classroom. Maintain the annual course schedule in the E-ITEP platform from structured TMS downloads,including validation, bulk uploads and reporting. What you bring Proven experience coordinating complex schedules and allocating resources, ideally in anacademic or training environment. Hands-on use of enterprise systems — TMS, ERP or comparable financial tooling — for dataentry, record management and basic financial processing. Strong customer-facing record: you answer well, you answer fast, and you keep severalcompeting demands moving at once. Familiarity with E-ITEP or another Learning Management System, including managing anduploading course and schedule data. Working knowledge of course control documents, lesson plans and the documentation thatstructured training runs on. Awareness of the Bi-SC Directive 075 framework for education, training and exercises, or theability to pick it up quickly. Solid reporting and data-management skills, including bulk downloads and uploads. Fluent business English. Why it is worth a conversation It is a visible role.
