- Lauri Valkama, Senior Manager Quality Development & Operational Excellence Graphics What you will do Perform laboratory testing and quality control measurements Record, analyze and report test results accurately and in a timely manner Support production teams with quality-related troubleshooting and root cause investigations Maintain laboratory equipment, test methods, and documentation Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer quality projects Support claim handling activities and provide backup support for the Quality Engineer Support quality-related activities and decision-making when needed Who you are You have experience contributing to quality projects; experience in the converting or printing industry is considered an asset You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills You can gather information from various sources while maintaining focus and attention to detail You have good communication skills in English You have strong team working capability You have a result-driven way of working You are comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment You have understanding of time pressure in a production environment You have ability to prioritize and organize work well (Time Management) You are eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow in your career This is
