• Je voert de geplande en dringende herstellingen uit.
• Bij storing koppel je jouw PC aan het PLC systeem en ga je op zoek naar het probleem.
• Het vervangen van frequentiesturingen.
• Het instellen van de parameters van de drives.
• Je informeert jouw verantwoordelijke m.b.t. kritieke punten en dringend uit te voeren herstellingen.
• Samen met jouw verantwoordelijke zorg je voor een goede planning, documentatie en analyse van de herstellingen.
• Je staat in voor orde en netheid in het atelier.
• Je formuleert waar mogelijk voorstellen tot verbetering.

• Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten, bij voorkeur een A2
- of bacheloropleiding elektromechanica, of je hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd als elektromechanicien, onderhouds
- of storingstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving.
• Je houdt van technische afwisseling en voelt je helemaal thuis in een allround functie. De ene dag voer je preventief onderhoud uit, de andere dag ga je op zoek naar de oorzaak van een complexe storing of werk je mee aan technische verbeteringen. Je vindt het boeiend om verschillende machines en installaties te leren kennen en zet jouw technische kennis flexibel in waar die het meest nodig is.
• Je bent een echte probleemoplosser: je analyseert technische problemen, denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt voldoening uit het opnieuw betrouwbaar laten draaien van een installatie. Daarbij steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
• Je werkt graag samen met collega-techniekers en productie, communiceert vlot en deelt jouw technische kennis met het team. Tegelijk kan je zelfstandig werken en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor de opdrachten die aan jou worden toevertrouwd.
• Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je aangesproken door een gevarieerde functie waarin geen enkele werkdag volledig hetzelfde is.
• Veiligheid staat voor jou steeds voorop. Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures, schat technische risico’s correct in en neemt geen onnodige risico’s. Je draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving voor jezelf én jouw collega’s.
• Je spreekt en leest vlot Nederlands.
• Je kan in een 2-ploegenstelsel werken.
• Werkuren (38u/week):
• Vroege ploeg: maandag tot donderdag van 05u00 tot 13u00, vrijdag van 05u00 tot 11u00.
• Late ploeg: maandag tot donderdag van 13u00 tot 21u00, vrijdag van 11u00 tot 17u00.
