Together with our partners, we continuously invest in the wind market to empower a sustainable future together.   Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Business Lead Life Cycle Processes, to join our Life Cycle Management team in our headquarters in Lommel.   What you can look forward to as Business Lead Life Cycle Processes: Develop and optimize life cycle and service processes according to requirements, budget and priorities (project-oriented environment) Optimize the overall global warranty process to the needs of the organization and the market Oversee and further develop the global service / after sales processes with an uniform SAP & Windchill setup Stay up-to-date and understand the After Sales market and market trends Improve spare parts forecasting methods to optimize internal cost & inventory and to optimize wind turbine energy output Maintain portals and platforms to share knowledge, data and experience internally and externally Support digitalization projects for all life cycle activities, including additional digital solutions and offerings for service  

Your profile
