• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with vehicle features and connected services.
• Troubleshoot technical questions and guide customers towards solutions.
• Provide professional support by phone, email and chat.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience representing a recognised automotive brand. What We're Looking For
• Fluent Dutch and very good English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in cars and technology.
• Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems. What's Offered
