Your ResponsibilitiesImproving DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)Following up with key customers by phone to improve the cash positionSending reminders and payment noticesMonitoring WCO / CSR filesBad Debt ManagementProactively following up on high-risk filesPerforming and monitoring credit checksRegistering bankruptcies in the reporting tool, including tax certificatesKeeping bankruptcy lists up to date and cleaning them upMatching and reconciling paymentsMonitoring Ageing Balances (+90 days)Initiating and following up on year-end actionsInforming business stakeholders about outstanding receivables within their customer portfolioRegularly consulting with colleagues to handle files efficientlyPolicies & Information SecurityCorrectly complying with internal policies, management systems, and information security guidelines.
