Platform Manager

This role is key for our Integrated core and Paulig success in the future. You will report to the Head of IT – Group Functions & ERP and will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.  This role offers a unique opportunity to combine service ownership, vendor management, technology understanding, and business collaboration while working closely with both internal stakeholders and external service partners.  Your responsibilities You will act as the service owner for Paulig M3 ERP environment: Your responsibilities include:
• Own M3 environment technical platform from IT point of view
• Maintain and own Platform roadmap and technical backlog and participate in functional backlog coordination
• Understand and communicate new releases
• Support and drive enhancements toward Infor
• Work closely together with Process and Data Owners and Managers
• Close collaboration with Service Manager, ERP and other IT & Digital team members
• Understand technical and process architecture around the platform
• Work closely with other Platform Managers to guide solution architecture, ensure interoperability, and drive best practices.
• Stay up to date with new releases regarding Infor M3 and connected technologies and clearly communicate relevant matters to stakeholders
• Support enterprise architecture initiatives and contribute to overall IT strategy. What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience with Infor M3
• Strong understanding of modern technology landscapes, including cloud platforms, automation, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical guidance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive discussions around Platform and to drive forward decision making
• A track record of delivering technology solutions that support business objectives in a complex IT environment. Who you are You are proactive, collaborative and eager to take ownership. You enjoy working with people, understanding business needs, and turning ideas into practical improvements.  You are comfortable navigating between business discussions and technology topics and can effectively collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners.  Most importantly, you bring the foundation, curiosity and drive needed to successfully lead these areas while continuously expanding your expertise and impact.
