• Collect data and issue key reports shared with top management and stakeholders
• Support teams in key projects (e.g., reporting transfer to Power BI)
• Support teams in planning the import of products from other Bridgestone entities (Japan, Americas, Thailand, etc.) into Europe
• Document key processes within the Operational & Tactical Planning team
• Support OPP & Tactical leaders in data analysis and monthly PowerPoint presentations for plants and top management Interaction Scope: As a Commercial Planning Intern, the role interacts mainly with OPP & Tactical teams within Commercial Planning, as well as plants, COE, Tactical Planning, Distribution Planning, and Demand Planning teams. Qualifications & Experience Required Education
• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering Experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with OMP or MS Access is a plus Technical Skills
• Competency in data analysis tools (Excel, Microsoft Business Intelligence, other relevant BI tools) Languages
• Fluent in English
• Any other European language is a plus Soft/Behavioral Skills
• Planned and organized approach
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to translate numbers into insights and present them clearly
• Excellent analytical skills
• Detail‑oriented and accurate
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders with different backgrounds and personalities #LI-LV1
