What will you do? Do you want to get a real taste of HR work while rolling up your sleeves and making an impact? Our Attract, Recruit & Onboard team is looking for an enthusiastic student to help shape the recruitment of new talent within our organization. Writing and publishing job ads: You’ll work with our templates but add your own personal twist – creativity and copywriting skills on point. Spotting potential: CV screening: Finding the right match quickly? You’ve got the knack for it. Phone screening: You call candidates for an initial chat – a friendly conversation to get a feel for who might fit in our team. HR interviews via Teams: You join the digital interviews and help assess candidates. Providing feedback: You give candidates honest, constructive feedback by phone. Direct, open, and clear – just the way we like it. Administrative follow-up: You keep everything organized – from test results to schedules, you’re our administrative hero. Supporting the Assessment Days for trainees: You make sure everything runs smoothly and that procedures are followed – perfectly organized, yet relaxed. You also share your input during the evaluation stage: together with the team, you give your opinion on the candidates. Your voice matters
- Who are you? You’re a motivated HR student, communicative, and not afraid to take initiative. You speak Dutch and French fluently and have a good level of English as well. You have an eye for detail, work in an organized way, and can adapt quickly. You like to think along, share your opinion, and aren’t afraid to go off the beaten path.
