We offer
an internship within a growing, international company. The Marketing department works closely with Sales concerning the formulation and realization of the aims and strategies of our brands. Dare to make an impact? What you´ll do As a Category Management & Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the development and execution of strategies that drive category growth, shopper engagement, and sales performance. Your responsibilities will include: Support Category Management projects, especially in DIY adhesives Help develop category strategies, including shelving, planograms, signage, and product navigation Support Trade Marketing and in-store promotional activities Track new product launches and promotions Analyze market, shopper, sales, and financial data to identify opportunities Analyze sales by brand, retailer, and share of shelf Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and external agencies Help coordinate and monitor promotional and sales activities Support the development of trade programs aligned with sales strategies What makes you a good fit Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field Strong interest in Marketing, Category Management, and FMCG Analytical and comfortable working with data and numbers Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented team player Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent knowledge of English and French; Dutch is a plus Eligible to work and stay in Belgium for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027 Some perks of joining Henkel An exciting and educational full-time opportunity in an international FMCG organization.
