A data analysis team at an international defence organisation in Brussels needs a developer whocan turn data from many sources into clean web applications and dashboards for senior leadership.
The work is mostly remote, with a handful of visits to Brussels. What you would be doing
• Designing, building and deploying web applications and dashboards with modern front-endframeworks
• Bringing data from classified and unclassified sources into those systems, with Python and ETLtooling doing the conversion and preparation
• Extending the team's data collection tools in line with what stakeholders ask for, and testingthem with the people who use them
• Building dashboards for leadership in Python or Power BI
• Documenting code, endpoints and architecture, writing training material and handing knowledgeover to staff
• Supporting security testing and approval, reporting progress and flagging risks to thetimeline early What you would bring
• At least 5 years of web development in JavaScript and HTML with React, Vue.js or Angular
• Extensive MS SQL experience; .
NET is an advantage
• Python for automation, ETL and analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) and experience buildingbackend services or pipelines
• Dashboards built for senior stakeholders in Python and/or Power BI
