Technical programmes do not drift because the engineering is hard. They drift because the actions from last month's meeting were never chased and the plan quietly stopped matching reality. This role is the antidote to that on a network services programme near Brussels. It is a coordination post with a technical audience: you would spend your days between engineering teams, management and suppliers, holding the plan, the tracker and the reporting together. What you would be doing Support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects, tracking milestones, deliverables and deadlines. Coordinate across technical teams, management and other stakeholders, and follow up until things are actually closed. Build and maintain project documentation — plans, schedules, action trackers, risk and issue registers, status reports and minutes. Monitor progress against the plan and surface delays, risks and dependencies early. Prepare management reporting, dashboards and presentations that are clear about progress, risk and the decisions needed. Organise project meetings, workshops and governance activities, from agenda to follow-up. Support resource, workload and activity planning, and improve the coordination process as you go. What you would bring Experience coordinating technical projects, in a PMO, delivery team or equivalent. Confidence with planning and tracking tools, and with reporting to management. The habit of chasing an action to closure without being asked twice. Clear written English — much of this role is documents other people rely on. Enough technical literacy to hold your own with engineers. The work is full time on site in Braine-l'Alleud.
