KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is searching for an Accounting Manager to support our Finance Team in Herentals, Belgium.

Responsibilities As Accounting Manager, you are responsible for the accounting and reporting of multiple Kemin entities. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and gain a deep understanding of the full financial landscape, enabling you to take over broader responsibilities over time. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and impact. Manage monthly and annual closing activities (A–Z) for multiple entities Prepare and post journal entries, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely reporting to US headquarters (including US GAAP considerations) Prepare statutory financial statements and coordinate audit processes Act as main contact for auditors and ensure smooth audit execution Support corporate income tax, VAT, and compliance reporting Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting topics Identify and implement improvements in processes and reporting Act as key user for finance systems and support system-related changes Qualifications What will make you successful Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent Strong foundation in accounting principles and reporting Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented Confident decision-maker with a sense of ownership Strong team player who can guide and align others Fluent in English Preferred Experience in a multi-entity or international environment ERP knowledge (e.g. Infor M3) Exposure to US GAAP What’s in it for you A high-impact role with broad scope and real ownership, where you will shape financial processes and grow into a leadership position An attractive and competitive total reward package, including: Yearly bonus Company car Comprehensive medical coverage Pension plan Meal vouchers Life and travel insurance Bike lease program A strong commitment to your continuous developmentAt Kemin, curiosity drives everything we do.
