Job Description
As a Senior consultant in Data Science, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments in modelling and digital transformation (business/IT analysis and partial coding) environments with a good deal of business perspectives:Machine learning, AI and statistics: developing predictive models of decision making (supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, econometrics, forecasting, quantitative diagnosis,...)Operational research : assistance in the design and implementation of constraint optimization solutions and simulation modelsBig Data : Algorithmic knowledge for large and unstructured data processingYou will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia’s internal activities:Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting data science innovation and challengesBusiness development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiativesAs fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles and connect with colleagues of all levels.

QualificationsUniversity Master Civil Engineer (applied mathematics, IT or similar)2 to 6 years’ experience as a consultantOutstanding team player with great interpersonal and communiction skillsStrong interest in data science and related sectors such as Energy and FinanceYou have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusionsDynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committedTrilingual: French, Dutch and EnglishPrepared to participate in temporary assignments abroadAdditional InformationWe are unable to provide a work permit for this positionSia is an equal opportunity employer.
