We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our Global Markets Financing platform and deliver innovative solutions that create value for clients and the business. We’re looking for someone who can:
• Contribute to the Global Markets Financing Product strategy and lead end-to-end initiatives focused on equity swaps execution and post trade workflows, delivering solutions that support the evolving business and client needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and document requirements that translate into scalable technology solutions.
• Evaluate business opportunities, market developments, client demands, and commercial drivers to support product prioritization and strategic investment decisions.
• Manage and prioritize demand across the Financing product portfolio, balancing strategic objectives, business value, risk considerations, and delivery capacity.
• Conduct detailed analysis of products, platforms, clients activity, and market trends to establish growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and areas for optimization.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to leverage generative AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance client experience, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate governance and controls.
• Collaborate across Trading, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Controls to deliver scalable product capabilities and measurable business outcomes. The team You’ll be working in the Product Development Group aligned to the Global Markets Financing, based in Hong Kong. The team spans across Hong Kong, London and New York and is responsible for delivering platform innovation and strategic enhancements across Capital Markets Financing, Prime Brokerage, and Clearing. This role focus on delivering business outcomes, enhancing client experience, and advancing Equity Swaps platform through close partnership with teams across Global Markets and the broader organization. Your skills and experience
• 8-15 years of experience in investment banking, with significant experience in Financing, Prime Brokerage, Equities, Product Management, Business Analysis or strategic change functions.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Financing and Prime Brokerage, including Prime Financing, Swaps, SBL, Delta One products, associated execution/trading and post-trade workflows.
• Proven track record of delivering complex business and technology initiatives within financing and trading environments.
• Experience supporting clients and market activity across Asia Pacific markets is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across senior Business, Product, Technology, Operations and Controls stakeholders globally.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
• Curious, self-motivated, and passionate about learning new technologies and financial market developments.
• Experience leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to drive business value is highly desirable.
