Account Manager Respiratory Account Manager – Respiratory | South-East Flanders   The best account managers don't just close deals, they earn trust. Conversation by conversation, over months, you shift how GPs and specialists think. At Chiesi you own a region in southern East Flanders, go deep in one respiratory therapeutic area, and watch your work show up in a region that grows. Ready to build something that's yours?   Ambition gets a real conversation here, not a closed door. Want to specialise further, or grow toward something else entirely? Say so   What people notice first, is that you’re part of this team and they want you to succeed. When something isn’t working the reflex is to coach and support rather than to pushWhat you'll actually do   You take ownership of your own region in southern East Flanders: GPs and hospital pneumologists, in respiratory care.   You decide who matters, when you see them, and what makes each visit worth their time then you make it happen.   The science moves fast here. Guidelines shift, evidence gets updated, and doctors genuinely want someone who keeps them current. That's your way in: you bring them something new, and you connect it to what we do. Do that well and you stop being a rep,  you become the person a busy specialist makes time for.   This is a long game. You can't always coast on novelty. Every conversation has to earn its place. That's exactly what makes it interesting.   Visiting your GPs and pneumologists, built around a smart, year-round interaction plan Setting up the actions and events that create access and bring real value to HCPs Building and growing the account plans for your region Turning territory data into clear priorities and following your results closely Working across departments and colleagues; collaboration is genuinely how things get done here   Getting in front of HCPs is harder than it was five years ago, which is exactly why we look for people who get creative rather than just do the rounds.    Who you are   We’re looking for someone who wants to go deep in one therapeutic area, building the kind of expertise and relationships that come with time. If that is you, we’ll invest in you accordingly. And if your path here wasn't a straight line, a different sector, a diploma nobody expected to lead here, that's fine. What matters more to us is what you do once you're in front of a doctor 2–3 years' experience in field sales to healthcare professionals (pharma ideally; medical/diagnostics also works if you understand the prescription game) Genuine affinity with science: we care far more about that than which degree you hold You're comfortable turning territory data into a plan Dutch plus English (good level of understanding and conversation) Ideally, you live in or near the region you'll be on its roads daily What's in it for you   Join a passionate, Italian family-owned company where our values and behavior truly matter   As family-owned company we focus on making impact for patients, the planet, people and all that with shared prosperity. In 1935, Giacomo started making new medicines in his pharmacy in Parma. Now, 90 years later we are a team of more than 7,500 people united by one goal: making a real difference for patients.    Every day, we work side by side to develop new medicines and solutions for chronic lung diseases, transplants, respiratory problems in premature infants, and rare conditions. Many of our treatments are life-changing or lifesaving and we embrace the responsibility that comes with that. By turning science and insight into innovation, we move health forward and bring hope for a healthier, happier future.    Long-term visionFor us, one thing will always stay the same; we decide what we do ourselves, without big shareholders demanding higher dividends or deciding what we invest in. This enables us to stand out by really doing business with a long-term vision aimed at making a difference for people and the planet.    In line with the values of the Chiesi family, where caring for each other and taking responsibility for the world around you are of paramount importance.
