Key responsibilities
Do you have experience in placing Direct Equity / Private Debt / Private Funds Investment opportunities to sophisticated private wealth clients? Do you have knowledge in Direct Investments across both public and private markets ? Are you passionate about working in a people and service oriented environment that is high energy and sales driven? Are you a recognized motivator and team player? We're looking for someone like you to:
- distribute the entire range of Direct Investments Group’s (“DIG”) offerings including IPO (ECM Syndicate) opportunities
- support the team to deepen client advisor awareness and increase sales volumes across DIG opportunities
- support the client advisors in marketing and execution of DIG products
- conduct sales meetings and create action plans for engaging client advisors and desk heads
- collaborate with Client Advisors in external meetings to take active part in client acquisition, review and aftersales support The team You will be an integral member of the Direct Investments Group in Asia, supporting direct investment distribution from Hong Kong. Your skills and experience
- minimum 3 years of experience in investment management, asset management or client relationship management of international private banking clients
- corporate finance skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- experience in sales and marketing of financial products
- a team player proven to be successful in a demanding and dynamic environment
- fluent in English and Mandarin to service the North Asian clients
- you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
