Job Description
In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives ⦁ Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes ⦁ Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness ⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks ⦁ Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets ⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals ⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies ⦁ Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration ⦁ Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals ⦁ Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams ⦁ Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance ⦁ Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives Required Skill and Experience
Key responsibilities
• The Program Manager will have end-to-end accountability for program delivery, customer relationships, governance, planning, financial performance, risk management and coordination across onsite and offshore teams.
• The role requires a hands-on leader who can identify risks early, provide transparent status reporting, drive timely decisions and mobilize corrective interventions before issues become escalations
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programs across all project phases
• Establish the program operating model, integrated plan, governance structure, RACI, reporting cadence and escalation mechanism.
• Review and operationalize the Statement of Work, scope, assumptions, commercial commitments, delivery plan and staffing model.
• Serve as the primary onsite delivery contact for customer executives, business leaders, IT leadership, partners and Infosys leadership.
• Build and maintain strong alignment with critical stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Work closely with the offshore Delivery Manager/Director and delivery teams to ensure unified leadership, effective handoffs and shared accountability.
• Translate customer and business context into clear priorities and actionable direction for offshore teams.
• Maintain an evidence-based view of program health across schedule, scope, financials, staffing, risks, dependencies, quality, testing, data and business readiness.
• Manage operational, contractual and commercial risks with defined owners, mitigation plans, escalation triggers and contingency actions.
• Drive timely resolution of cross-workstream dependencies, customer obligations and decisions.
• Ensure consistent adoption of mandated SAP and Infosys tools, methods, templates and accelerators.
• Cooperate with independent Program QA reviews and drive identified actions through verified closure. Mandatory experience and qualifications
• Minimum 20+ years of SAP delivery experience. Significant experience should be leading large, complex SAP transformation programs in a customer-facing role. This is not a operational or coordination role
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion or global rollout programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing large offshore delivery teams and coordinating delivery across onsite, offshore and nearshore locations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical, integration, data, testing, change management and cutover workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of program planning, governance, risk management, scope control, financial management and executive reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation and executive-presentation skills.

• Periodic travel to customer location is required Preferred Skill and Experience Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
