Fluxys is an international energy infrastructure group with 1,300 employees active in gas transmission & storage and liquefied natural gas terminalling. We explore new technologies and invest in infrastructure to accommodate hydrogen, biomethane, CO2 and other molecules for a climate neutral future. The Grid department manages the transmission network of Fluxys Belgium. Its mission is to ensure the continuous supply of natural gas to end users while guaranteeing the safety of installations, the environment, and employees. This includes the inspection, operation, and maintenance of the pipeline network and associated installations such as valve stations and pressure reduction stations. From an organizational perspective, the Grid department is geographically divided into five zones, supported by a central entity providing both technical and administrative assistance. For our operational site in Anderlecht, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x). Job purpose The Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the zone by ensuring efficient and structured administrative follow-up of activities, documents, and communications. The role contributes to the smooth organization of operational activities by providing administrative support to colleagues and managers, accurately processing information, and coordinating contacts with internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, the position helps ensure continuity, quality, and efficiency within the zone’s operations. Your responsibilities You are responsible for carrying out the administrative tasks of the zone, including: Managing and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls Monitoring and administratively following up on employees’

Processing and filing technical documents (safety manuals, plan management, etc.) Providing administrative support in the preparation and follow-up of the annual budget Managing the administrative follow-up of the sector’s vehicle fleet Entering purchase orders and following them up in COUPA/SAP In addition, you provide administrative support to colleagues and managers in areas such as correspondence, reports, and meetings. You are in frequent contact with external suppliers (safety equipment, office and kitchen supplies, shipping companies, maintenance teams, etc.) and ensure the proper execution of contracts with these suppliers. About you You hold a Bachelor’s degree in an administrative field or have equivalent experience You have several years of experience in a similar role You are a team player capable of working independently You are well-organized, proactive, and able to work accurately and efficiently You are reliable and have strong analytical skills; handling diverse tasks and large amounts of information does not intimidate you You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French You are comfortable using MS Office and can quickly learn and master new software applications; knowledge of COUPA/SAP is an asset Why should you apply?
