qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field.
* Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
* At least 5 years of experience in software or AI architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering AI solutions.
* Expertise in LLMs, embedding models, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and similarity and hybrid search solutions.
* Experience with Python or other AI-related programming languages such as TypeScript or R.
* Knowledge of API integrations, orchestration frameworks and modern AI ecosystems.
* Ability to optimise the performance, scalability and cost of AI solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. What will you do?
* Collaborate with Projective Group domain experts and financial institutions to identify effective GenAI use cases.
* Design end-to-end GenAI solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
* Define technical blueprints and solution architectures, selecting the right frameworks, platforms, tools and      foundation models.
* Develop GenAI standards covering architecture, reusable components, security guardrails, explainability,      traceability and cost management.
* Guide engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned      with business needs.
* Help shape Projective Group's AI ecosystem by contributing to AI architecture, internal GenAI solutions and      organisation-wide adoption. What can you expect from us?
