Department Overview: Epic Renovations is a locally owned exterior remodeling company proudly serving homeowners throughout South-Central Wisconsin. We specialize in replacement windows and doors, siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, gutter protection, and complete exterior renovation projects. Our focus is simple: provide high-quality products, professional installation, competitive pricing, and a more personal remodeling experience. We believe in doing projects the right way, communicating clearly, and building long-term relationships with the homeowners we serve. Epic Renovations takes a community-focused approach to growth. We actively participate in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships while using our Ambassador Home Program to build awareness through real projects, customer referrals, reviews, and word of mouth. Our goal is to become one of Wisconsin’s most trusted local exterior remodeling companies—one homeowner and one neighborhood at a time. Anticipated Start Date 9/21/26 Anticipated End Date 4/20/27 Anticipated Hours Per Week 10 Schedule: Flexible Schedule & Training Training will typically be around 4:00–6:00 PM so you can get hands-on experience at active doors working directly with me. Training days are flexible and can easily work around school, sports, another job, or other commitments. Once trained, you make your own schedule—work as little as 2 hours a day or 4–6+ hours when you want to earn more. Prime hours are generally 4:00–6:00 PM, but you can work days, evenings, or weekends. If people are home, you can knock, give your pitch, and set appointments. The schedule is completely flexible, and the more you put into it, the more you can earn. Salary/Wage Range: Weekly $100.00 to $1,000.00 Number Of Positions 4 Position Summary/Job Duties: Epic Renovations is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as part-time Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. Your job is simple: visit local neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to Epic Renovations and our exterior remodeling services, and set appointments for interested homeowners—no selling or closing required. This is a commission and bonus-based position with high earning potential and an extremely flexible schedule. Work as little as 2 hours a day or put in more hours when you want to earn more. We provide hands-on training, a simple door pitch, and everything you need to get started. No previous sales experience is required. If you’re comfortable talking to people, motivated to earn, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. There is also potential to grow into a sales position for those interested in taking the next step.

Qualifications:
Qualifications No previous sales experience required—we’re looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. You’ll need to:
* Learn and memorize a short, simple door pitch
* Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to neighborhoods throughout the Madison area
* Be comfortable talking with homeowners and accurately collecting basic appointment information
* Have access to a smartphone and preferably Google Calendar for scheduling If you’re driven, good with people, and willing to put in the effort, we can teach you the rest.
