Our client is a lifestyle
hotel located in the vibrant heart of Antwerp. As part of an international
hotel group, they offer a unique and personalized experience for both
business and leisure travelers, combining modern design with exceptional
service.
To strengthen their
Front Office team, they are seeking a passionate and driven Front Office
Manager who will take responsibility for the daily operations of the
reception and contribute to the growth of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Daily supervision, coaching, and motivation of the Front Office team.
• Operational Excellence: Actively work at the reception, supporting the team during peak times, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
• Guest
Experience:
Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaboration: Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage reservations, billing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
• Process Optimization: Improve Front Office procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Training & Development: Onboard and mentor new and existing staff.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Representation: Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment. Requirements
•
Experience:
Proven track record in Front Office within the hospitality sector, preferably as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor.
• Leadership: Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Hands-On Mentality: Combines leadership with a willingness to support operations during busy periods.
• Guest-Focused: Professional, representative, and service-oriented approach.
• Organizational
Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain overview during high-pressure situations.
• Administrative Strength: Meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to the operational realities of a hotel environment.
• Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Opera PMS is a significant advantage. Benefits
