Job Description
Business Analyst
- Senior Responsibilities
• Support the Product Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, roadmaps, business requirements, KPIs and financial deliverables.
• Take ownership of specific initiatives.
• Document business vision and business needs.
• Prepare cross-entity documentation summaries.
• Define and share business requirements.
• Manage risks, quality and issues.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. Language Requirements
• Dutch: Plus
• French: Mandatory
• English: Excellent written and oral communication Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Travel
• Depends on work planning; travel to Paris may be required
Job Description
- Grade Specific Required Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience Technical Experience (Mandatory)
• Business Analyst experience in project-driven environments
• Ability to work with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Business teams
• International payments ecosystem knowledge
• Payments processing chains (excluding card-based payments) Business Experience (Mandatory)
• Banking experience
• Payments management experience
• SEPA payments knowledge Preferred Experience
• Finance and Treasury
• Operational Resilience experience
• DORA knowledge Soft Skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
