• Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives across the SET portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, sports medicine specialists, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers
• Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Expand market penetration while ensuring sustainable profitability through effective commercial execution
• Provide product expertise, clinical support, and training to customers to drive confidence and adoption
• Actively manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads, customer visits, and growth opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate account and territory information, providing clear visibility of activities, forecasts, and business performance

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices, Sports Medicine, orthopedics, or another clinically relevant healthcare environment
• Knowledge of the Sports Medicine and/or orthopedic market, including competitive products and customer dynamics
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and execute territory plans effectively
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and regional leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a disciplined and structured approach to territory management
• Clinical credibility or the ability to rapidly develop product and procedural expertise
• Valid driver's license Travel Expectations
• Frequent travel throughout Brussels, Wallonia, and Luxembourg
• Regular presence in hospitals, clinics, and customer sites across the territory
• Occasional overnight travel depending on business needs
