Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for complex security inquiries, demonstrating deep industry knowledge. Maintain detailed records of security incidents and resolution processes in line with company standards. Collaborate with international teams to enhance cybersecurity awareness and compliance across various client segments. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support workflows within the cybersecurity sector. Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
