• Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Perform technical assessments and fit-gap analyses of vendor solutions.
• Support RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
• Coordinate implementation activities with business, IT teams, and vendors.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders. Requirements Years of Experience 3 to 8 years of experience, with solid exposure to IT project management and digital initiatives. Must Have
• IT Project Management experience.
• Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to assess digital solutions from a technical perspective.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in digital transformation projects. Nice to Have
• Clinical Development or Pharma experience.
• Exposure to GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP activities.
• Knowledge of system integrations, security, and compliance considerations.
