Brussels area, Belgium Description: The Division has an important reporting need in order to optimize the control, sharing of data, budget and KPI’s. The reporting occurs today via several Excel files, dashboards & Powerpoint slides for which the data is manually extracted from inhouse tools. In the coming months we would like to switch this type of manual reporting to a global automated Power BI Dashboard. The objectives are: â€
¢ Analysis & comprehension of the data flow. Understand how the existing reports are constructed. â€
¢ Copy existing reports from different dashboards and integrate it a new one. â€
¢ translate curent powerpoint reports inot powerbi reports â€
¢ Set up a new Power BI Dashboard in order to ensure efficiency and flexibility. â€
¢ Help and form a business expert to reach autonomy in the maintenance of the PBI. â€
¢ Share best practices in PBI structure and use. â€
¢ Implement an automated version of the Dashboard (automated extraction and refresh). â€
¢ Be able to communicate in a structured and clear manner to the management of the Division. Profile: â€
¢ Language: English fluent + French fluent + Dutch fluent â€
¢ Min. 5 years of professional experience â€
