Campus Operations & Growth Manager — Snow Scholars

Snow Scholars is a tech-enabled snow-removal company featured on Shark Tank and backed by Mark Cuban. We give ambitious college students the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a local market—not just complete entry-level tasks.
As a Campus Operations & Growth Manager, you will recruit and lead a local service team, help grow the customer base, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly throughout the winter season. You will receive weekly coaching, use real operational tools, and build resume-ready experience in leadership, marketing, customer growth, and business operations.

Local market work with a combination of remote planning and in-person outreach/operations Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.00 to $20.00 Number Of Positions 2 Position Summary/Job Duties: What you’ll do Lead your local market: Recruit, onboard, and support a team of student shovelers and adult contractors. Grow the customer base: Promote Snow Scholars through social media, campus and community outreach, student organizations, door-hanger distribution, local events, and partnerships. Run day-to-day operations: Coordinate scheduling, routing, customer service, team performance, and service delivery through our operations dashboard. Solve real business problems: Identify what is working in your market, improve processes, and respond quickly during snow events. Learn from a mentor: Meet weekly with a Campus Teams Manager for one-on-one coaching, strategy support, and professional development. Collaborate nationally: Share ideas and best practices with Campus Managers across Snow Scholars markets. By the end of the season, you will be able to speak directly about leading a team, building a local customer base, managing operations, and working toward measurable results. Who will thrive in this role You may be a strong fit if you are: Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership Interested in leadership, operations, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship Comfortable communicating with students, customers, contractors, and community partners Reliable and able to balance responsibilities alongside classes Willing to work independently while asking for help when needed Motivated by measurable goals and improving results over time No prior snow-removal or formal management experience is required.
