Seniority Level: Purpose of the job: You are reporting into the Technical Services Manager. You are responsible for the operational management, optimization, and security of the entire OT infrastructure within the production environment. You support all departments and play a key role in ensuring continuity, cybersecurity, data availability, and automation. Your main challenges are: Operational management of the entire OT infrastructure: OT networks (wired & wireless, including logistics) OT servers (physical & virtualized) Windows Server infrastructure (DCs, DHCP, DNS) Databases and data storage Installation, management, and maintenance of OT servers (Windows & OT software) Management and support of systems such as: SCADA (Brewing) iHistorian, FTHistorian, VantagePoint Kepware, iFIX LC7/LK5, WinCC Darwin, Powerplant, WMS, Protrack, YMS, LMS, UMS, ION IDAS, GPRS, RPB systems, Novotek Messenger, Novotek Report Plus, Versiondog Document share folders and TV screen infrastructure Data, Back-ups & reporting Data collection and support for operational monitoring Management of backups (PLC / SCADA / SQL / offline) using tools such as Acronis and Veeam Development and support of internal reporting to support operations (excluding Sigma, E&F, Quality, and packaging inspection machines – only Sigma is excluded) PLC & Automation Knowledge and management of PLCs, networks, and SQL databases Management of PLC changes via Versiondog Management of Siemens environments: Installations Updates FieldPGs and PC Tools Technical support for automation projects Support for VPO and GOPs Control & Automation Cybersecurity & Compliance OT Cybersecurity support: Collaboration with the SOC team (Global IT/OT) Installation and management of antivirus software Incident support NIS2-related activities Link between IT and OT security Support & Collaboration Support for: IT/OSS (Sigma, Bluebox, …) All departments regarding OT External support partners Support of KPIs for all departments Support of the PDCA methodology Support of CoB automation Support for the automation skill matrix (OT) Optimization & Improvements Initiating and implementing improvement projects and standardization within the OT infrastructure Monitoring cost efficiency of the OT infrastructure Management and follow-up of energy measurements (RSG, ION, …)

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Automation or equivalent through experience.

Experience:
1-3 years Technical competencies: (Job related) PLCs Industrial networks SQL databases Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA) OT/IT integration
