Overview
We currently have a requirement for a LOTO Coordinator (Electrical) for construction projects in Belgium. The successful candidate will be equally capable of working independently or as part of a larger team and will report directly to the Project Director.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage LOTO plans for electrical systems
Coordinate electrical isolation for maintenance and project activities
Verify zero-energy states (electrical, stored electrical energy such as capacitors, UPS systems, etc.)
Work with operations, maintenance, EHS, and contractors
Ensure compliance with:
OSHA / local electrical safety regulations
GMP requirements
Site SOPs and permit-to-work systems
Maintain isolation registers and documentation
Lead toolbox talks and electrical safety briefings
Support shutdowns, turnarounds, energisation, and commissioning activities
Audit contractor compliance with electrical LOTO and isolation procedures
Qualifications
Degree educated or very strong trades' background
At least 5 years' experience in the Construction Sector on live sites
Significant LOTO and supervision experience
Mission Critical or Life Science projects essential
Excellent reporting and communication skills essential
