Learn more at www.altiacompany.com WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for an IT Portfolio Manager with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments. You will join an innovative international project with an international organization. The candidate will act as IT Portfolio Manager (Advanced) in Brussels, working in a multicultural and multilingual environment within the European Commission.
Key responsibilities
include aligning IT portfolio components with strategic objectives, managing resource capacity (using Kanban), overseeing IT budgets through lean budgeting, and ensuring portfolio governance (boards, change control, and risk management). Must-haves for this challenge: Qualification and Time: University degree Level 7 (Master) with at least 5 years of professional IT experience, or Level 6 (Bachelor) with at least 7 years of IT experience.
• Sector: Experience with the development of government IT tools is mandatory.
• Management: Proven experience in managing IT portfolios and knowledge of the digital solution development lifecycle (SDLC). Required Knowledge:
• Mandatory Certifications: PMI PfMP, MoP, or PRINCE2.
• Tools: ServiceNow SPM, Planview, Clarity, or Jira Align.
• Methodologies: PM2-PfM, COBIT, ITIL 4, and ISO 38500. Prioritization practices like WSJF (Cost of Delay) are valued.
• Languages: English Level B2 or higher (mandatory). French is an additional asset.
