Product Lead – Platform

About the Role
NISH Tech BV is looking for an experienced Product Lead to take strategic ownership of a product line within a major Belgian energy and infrastructure organization. You will define product vision and strategy, translate business priorities into actionable product roadmaps, and ensure teams focus on the highest-value opportunities. The role combines product leadership, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder management and people development. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design and Data teams while engaging with senior leadership and external stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to products supporting the evolving energy landscape, including areas related to energy markets, infrastructure and flexibility services.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and continuously refine the product line vision and strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and priorities.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap.
• Make prioritization decisions based on business value, customer impact and feasibility.
• Lead product reviews, stakeholder touchpoints and roadmap discussions.
• Enable continuous product discovery and delivery.
• Ensure teams have the context, autonomy and support required to deliver value.
• Act as the strategic bridge between product teams, stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage dependencies across multiple product lines.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities and development plans.
• Foster evidence-based and outcome-focused product decision-making.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and OKRs.
• Ensure effective product governance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead engagement with clients, partners and relevant regulatory stakeholders. Required Skills Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Senior or Lead-level Product Management experience.
• Proven ownership of a product line or product segment end-to-end.
• Strong product vision, strategy and roadmap development experience.
• Product portfolio management and prioritization experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience with KPIs/OKRs and product performance measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary Product, Engineering, Design and Data teams.
• Strong coaching and leadership mindset. Nice-to-Have Skills
• Energy or utilities industry experience.
• Regulated infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of energy market structures.
• Grid operations knowledge.
• Experience with flexibility services.
• Experience with market design in regulated environments. Experience 5+ years of Product Management experience, including demonstrated experience at senior or lead level. Languages
• English
