Our client is establishing a new team within the intelligence and innovation domain to further develop and expand digital solutions on an innovative platform. The assignment focuses on building performant, user-friendly, and future-oriented applications that support employees in their daily work. Responsibilities Contribute to the development, integration, and ongoing enhancement of modern web applications. Take ownership across the full development lifecycle, from coding and testing to debugging and deployment support. Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and subject matter experts in a multidisciplinary agile environment. Think proactively about architecture, technical design, and sustainable solutions. Help shape the technological direction of the platform and contribute to innovation initiatives. Support the integration of AI capabilities into applications where relevant. Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React. Proven experience with CSS. Solid background in microservices and distributed applications. Experience with Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, or another relational database management system. Knowledge of Redis is a plus. Exposure to Elixir is a plus. Experience with AI/ML models, including LLMs and VLMs, is a strong advantage. Knowledge of fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG). Experience with data preprocessing and augmentation for image, text, and multimodal use cases. Ability to integrate AI models into applications and work with multimodal solutions combining image, text, and video. Profile Several years of experience in developing web-based applications. Proven ability to lead a development team and coach other developers. Strong coding, testing, and debugging capabilities. Experience working with Agile methodologies and the ability to take a leading role within that framework. Independent, technically strong, and comfortable tackling complex challenges. A mindset that combines quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance. Practical Information This is a long-term consulting opportunity.
