Our clients will be guided through each stage of the M&A lifecycle—from strategy and lead advisory, to deal execution and post-close integration. Work you'll do Lead and manage complex valuation and financial modelling assignments for M&A, financial reporting, tax planning and regulatory compliance, restructuring and strategic planning purposes. Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop robust models for engagements across various purposes. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and deliverables that effectively communicate complex valuation methodologies and findings. Collaborate with cross-functional team (e.g. audit, tax, and consulting) to provide integrated solutions for clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing client inquiries, ensuring timely engagement delivery and maintaining exceptionally high satisfactions levels. Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities to expand services and actively contribute to winning new business. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in valuation and modelling engagements. Support practice development initiatives, including leading training programs, assisting with recruitment, and driving internal initiatives Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to professional standards. Apply quality assurance, risk management, and confidentiality procedures in all areas of work performed and managed. Development Opportunities You would have the opportunity to develop professional capabilities in the following areas: Leadership in managing teams and engagements. Enhancement of technical and analytical capabilities by working on a variety of valuation engagements and cross-border/ cross-team advisory projects. Development of marketing, communication and presentation skills by being involved in the client acquisition and retention process. We are looking for someone with Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration or other business-related disciplines Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, CICPA, ACCA, AICPA) or valuation related (e.g., CFA, ASA, CBV, or equivalent). Minimum of 5years' relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years of valuation experience related to M&A and financial reporting. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a proven track record in technical and business report writing, documentations and presentations Excellent business acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and client-facing consultation and interpersonal skills, with high commitment to delivery excellence Experience in risk management services in financial service industry or real estate appraisal is a plus Programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB is a plus.
