Automation Platform Engineer – Ansible AAP

• Manage and continuously improve Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/AWX), including workflows, inventories, integrations, governance, and access controls.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
• Automate infrastructure, cloud operations, certificate management, and security processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, identity, and application teams to scale automation.
• Document solutions, share knowledge, and promote automation best practices.

Your profile
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) or AWX, including workflows, inventories, credentials, and RBAC.
• Strong Linux administration skills and working knowledge of Windows, PowerShell, WinRM, and Active Directory.
• Mandatory PowerShell scripting experience; Python knowledge and API integration experience.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows, secrets management, access control, and least-privilege principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
