To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our YEMEA Headquarters in Lummen. What will you do: Personnel Administration:
• Monitor and maintain the time registration system.
• Manage the administrative processes relating to onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records in the time registration system.
• Administer and monitor home office arrangements.
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and changes and insurance administration.
• Maintain and monitor absence records.
• Organize medical examinations.
• Support and follow up on Social Medical Team activities.
• Support employee relations activities ensuring accurate preparation of documentation in line with company policies and legislation.
• Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports (sick leave, training hours, absences, lunch vouchers, insurance, social subscriptions, etc.).
• Coordinate international assignments and foreign employment administration and support employee relocations. Employee Support:
• Advise employees on HR-related matters.
• Support managers with HR-related questions and concerns. Payroll:
• Prepare monthly payroll input data.
• Process payroll adjustments in the payroll system.

Your profile
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll support specially within a HQ EMEA environment.
• Knowledge about Employment law.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working with HR systems, time registration, or payroll systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented approach with the ability to support employees and managers professionally.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Last but not least
